Blow Dry Club memberships are issued to the named member only.

Memberships, appointments and membership benefits cannot be transferred, shared or used by another person.

Family members or household members cannot be added to a Blow Dry Club membership.

The membership includes unlimited eligible Blow Dry Club appointments, subject to these Terms & Conditions, salon and apprentice availability and fair use.

The Blow Dry Club is primarily designed around appointments performed by the Epic Hair Designs apprentice team.

Eligible Blow Dry Club appointments must generally be booked with an apprentice and remain subject to apprentice availability.

If an apprentice is not available at the member's preferred time, another appointment time or participating Epic salon may be offered.

Membership does not guarantee access to a particular apprentice, stylist, salon, date or appointment time.

The shampoo and conditioning products used during eligible Blow Dry Club appointments are determined by the membership selected.

Kérastase Blow Dry Club memberships include eligible shampoo and conditioning using the applicable Kérastase range.

Goldwell Blow Dry Club memberships include eligible shampoo and conditioning using the applicable Goldwell range.

Product use remains subject to suitability, professional recommendation and product availability.

Saturday is one of Epic Hair Designs' busiest trading days. Blow Dry Club appointments therefore have restricted Saturday booking times.

Epic Hair Designs may be unable to accommodate a Blow Dry Club appointment outside these Saturday booking periods.

The standard Blow Dry Club appointment allocation is approximately 45 minutes.

Some hair requires additional time because of its length, thickness, density or styling requirements.

Where an eligible blow dry cannot reasonably be completed within the standard appointment allocation, a $20 additional time surcharge may apply.

Where applicable, the additional charge should be explained to the member.

Blow Dry Club memberships are designed around appointments with the apprentice team.

A member may request a senior stylist, subject to availability and payment of the applicable surcharge.

• $20 for a standard Blow Dry Club appointment with a senior stylist.
• $30 where longer or thicker hair requires the additional senior stylist appointment allocation.

Blow Dry Club memberships may be used at participating Epic Hair Designs salons in Queensland.

Members should nominate a preferred participating Epic salon.

Where appropriate, another participating Epic Hair Designs salon may be able to accommodate the member where an apprentice is available.

All appointments remain subject to salon and apprentice availability.

The Blow Dry Club may not be suitable for every client.

Hair length, thickness, density, styling requirements and the amount of time generally required to complete the client's blow dry may be considered when determining whether the membership is appropriate.

Membership approval remains at the discretion of Epic Hair Designs management.

By joining the Blow Dry Club, the member authorises Epic Hair Designs to process recurring membership payments using their nominated payment method.

The payment frequency is determined by the membership selected. Monthly memberships are billed monthly and fortnightly memberships are billed fortnightly.

The member is responsible for ensuring that their nominated payment method remains valid and that sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.

Membership access or benefits may be suspended where scheduled membership payments are unsuccessful.

A Blow Dry Club membership may include additional member discounts or benefits on eligible products or salon treatments.

Any membership discount applies only to eligible purchases and is subject to the current Blow Dry Club offer and any applicable exclusions or promotion conditions.

Individual promotions or offers may have separate conditions and may exclude the use of another discount.

A Blow Dry Club membership may be cancelled by providing one week's notice.

Once the membership ends, Blow Dry Club appointments and any associated ongoing membership benefits or discounts will no longer apply.

The Blow Dry Club is designed to provide a positive experience for both members and the Epic apprentice team.

Appointments remain subject to availability and the membership must be used reasonably and for its intended purpose.

Epic Hair Designs reserves the right to review a membership where its use is unreasonable, falls outside the intended purpose of the Blow Dry Club or is no longer providing a positive or appropriate experience for the member or the Epic team.

Where appropriate and subject to applicable law, a membership may be discontinued following such a review.

Membership and payment information is handled through Epic Hair Designs' approved systems and is used as required to administer the membership or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Personal information is otherwise handled in accordance with the Epic Hair Designs Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are current as at August 2026.

Epic Hair Designs may amend the Blow Dry Club program and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
