How do I earn Epic Rewards points?
You earn points on salon services and retail according to your current tier. Classic earns 0.5 points per dollar, Silver earns 1 point per dollar, Gold earns 1.2 points per dollar and Platinum earns 1.3 points per dollar.
What are 500 points worth?
500 points equals $10 to spend in salon on services and retail. This is the minimum redemption, with further redemptions made in $10 increments.
How do I move to a higher tier?
Your tier is based on qualifying spend across a rolling two year period. Silver is reached at $400, Gold at $800 and Platinum at $2,000. Every salon service and retail product counts towards qualifying spend.
Do Epic Rewards points expire?
Yes. Epic Rewards points expire after 12 months.
Who can use my birthday reward?
Birthday rewards can only be redeemed by the Epic Rewards member whose birthday it is. The member must present the birthday email sent by Epic Hair Designs when redeeming the reward.
Do I need to receive Epic Rewards emails?
Yes. You must be subscribed to Epic Rewards emails to be part of Epic Rewards and receive programme communications and birthday reward emails.
How do I join Epic Rewards?
Epic Rewards is joined in salon. Ask your Epic stylist about joining during your next visit. There is currently no public online Epic Rewards enrolment link.
