Zip Pay can be used for eligible salon services and retail purchases at Epic. That can include haircuts, blow dries, blonde and balayage appointments, brunette, copper and red colour, treatments, extensions, packages and professional haircare.
For a larger appointment such as a colour transformation, full head of foils, smoothing service or extensions, it can help to know your payment options before you arrive. Zip controls your account approval and available credit, while Epic looks after your hair.

Can I use Zip Pay at Epic Hair Designs?
Yes. Zip Pay is available for eligible purchases at Epic Hair Designs salons across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, subject to Zip approval, eligibility criteria, your available credit and current terms.
Can I use Zip Pay for hair colour?
Eligible salon purchases can include colour services such as blonde appointments, foils, balayage, brunette colour, copper and red colour, toners and other colour services offered by Epic.
Can I use Zip Pay for hair extensions and treatments?
Eligible purchases can include hair extensions, extension maintenance and salon treatments. Zip approval and your available credit still apply at checkout.
Is Zip Pay interest free?
Yes. Zip currently describes Zip Pay as interest free always. Fees can still apply to the account, so interest free does not mean fee free. Check Zip’s current terms before relying on a specific fee or repayment amount.
What fees does Zip Pay currently have?
As at 26 August 2026, Zip lists a $9.95 monthly account fee for Zip Pay, waived when the statement closing balance is paid in full by the due date. Zip also lists a $7.50 late fee if a minimum repayment is missed, charged seven days after the due date. Zip controls these fees and may change them, so refer to Zip for current information.
How much can I spend with Zip Pay?
Zip currently offers Zip Pay credit limits from $350 to $1,000, subject to application and approval. Your own available credit determines how much you can use toward an eligible Epic purchase.
Is Zip Pay approval guaranteed?
No. Zip manages eligibility, credit assessment, approval and account limits. Epic Hair Designs cannot approve a Zip account or guarantee that a particular transaction will be accepted.
Can I use Zip Pay for professional haircare?
Zip Pay can be used for eligible professional haircare purchases in salon. For eligible online purchases through Allure by Epic, use Zip only when it is shown as an available payment option at checkout.
What happens if I need a refund?
Epic’s applicable salon or retail policy determines whether a refund is approved. Where an approved purchase was paid using Zip, the payment adjustment is then processed through the relevant Zip process and account.
Is Zip Pay the same as Afterpay?
No. Zip Pay and Afterpay are separate payment providers with different account structures, repayment arrangements, approval processes and terms. If you prefer Afterpay, you can view Afterpay at Epic Hair Designs .
