What is a Weekly Membership?
Put a little towards your hair every week.
This is not a package of fixed services. It is a simple way to build salon credit over time, with member benefits included while your membership is active.

Do all three memberships receive the same benefits?
Yes. Maintenance, Premium and Ultimate receive the same member discounts and household benefits. The difference is the weekly payment amount and the amount of salon credit added.
What can I spend my salon credit on?
Available salon credit can be used across eligible salon services, retail products and salon packages at participating Epic Hair Designs salons.
Does salon credit expire?
Unused salon credit keeps rolling while your membership remains active. If you cancel, remaining credit stays available for 12 months after cancellation.
Can my household members use my salon credit?
No. Up to 2 household members can share eligible member benefits and discounts, but your accumulated salon credit remains attached to you as the primary member.
Can I cancel or freeze my membership?
Yes. You can cancel at any time with no notice required. You can also freeze a membership for up to 2 months at a time, up to 8 times per year.
What happens if a weekly payment fails?
Weekly salon credit is only added following a successful payment. If a membership payment fails 3 times, a $5 dishonour fee applies.
Can I use Weekly Membership benefits with Epic Rewards?
Weekly Membership discounts may be used alongside other eligible Epic discounts and rewards, including Epic Rewards, where applicable. Individual promotions and rewards may still have their own conditions or exclusions.
