Epic Academy & Apprentice Hairdresser Jobs
Our in-house training program is one of the most advanced in Queensland, designed to give apprentices hands-on experience while they earn their nationally recognised Certificate III in Hairdressing. Unlike many salons, all training is completed during paid work hours, and all course fees are covered by Epic. Apprentices gain real-world skills from day one, working with premium brands such as Goldwell, Kérastase, Olaplex, and GHD under the guidance of some of Australia’s top colourists and stylists.
As an apprentice hairdresser at Epic, you’ll be part of a supportive team environment that celebrates growth and creativity. You’ll assist with salon services, build technical skills, and progress towards becoming a fully qualified stylist. Our apprentices often go on to become senior stylists and leaders within our salon group, enjoying long-term careers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
