The club gives clients a more affordable way to enjoy professionally washed and styled hair regularly, while giving our apprentices the hands-on experience that helps them become confident hairdressers.

Each participating salon has a maximum number of members, so the club operates with a waiting list. Requesting a place does not guarantee immediate membership.

Blow drying is a skill that becomes stronger through repetition, different hair types and real client experience.
Every eligible Blow Dry Club appointment gives an Epic apprentice more experience in shampooing, product selection, drying technique and finishing. At the same time, members can enjoy professionally washed and styled hair more regularly at a membership price.
The more accessible price comes with an important understanding: appointments are primarily with apprentices who are still building speed, confidence and technique, supported by the wider Epic salon team.
You enjoy regular salon styling. Our apprentices build the skills that make them great hairdressers.

APPRENTICE FIRST, BY DESIGN
This is a training focused membership.
Appointments are primarily with Epic apprentices. That is not something hidden in the fine print. It is the reason the club exists.
Apprentices are at different stages of their development, so your appointment may take longer than the same service with an experienced stylist. That extra time is part of building confidence, speed and technique across different hair types.

Appointments generally need to be booked with an apprentice and remain subject to apprentice availability.

If your preferred apprentice or appointment time is unavailable, another time may need to be offered.

If guaranteed appointment times or a senior stylist at every visit are essential, the Blow Dry Club may not be the right membership for you.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE JOINING
A little flexibility makes the club work.
These conditions help balance a good member experience with the training purpose of the programme.
Saturday is one of our busiest days, so Blow Dry Club appointments are generally restricted to these times. Pre-booking is strongly recommended.
If extra blow dry time is reasonably required for long, thick or dense hair, a $20 surcharge may apply.
A senior stylist may be requested where available. The surcharge is waived if your apprentice is sick or on holidays and no apprentice is available.
The Blow Dry Club belongs to the named member only and cannot be transferred, shared or extended to household members.
LIMITED MEMBERSHIP PLACES
Why there is a waiting list.
The club depends on the number of apprentices available at each salon and the appointments they can reasonably perform alongside their wider training.
Each participating salon therefore has a maximum number of Blow Dry Club members. Fortitude Valley is excluded from the programme. Membership remains subject to availability, suitability and approval by Epic Hair Designs management.

BLOW DRY CLUB FAQS
The important bits, made simple.
The Blow Dry Club works differently from our other memberships because it is built around apprentice availability and practical training.
Are the blow dries really unlimited?
Your membership includes unlimited eligible apprentice blow dries, subject to appointment availability, fair use and the club’s booking conditions.
Who will blow dry my hair?
Appointments are primarily performed by Epic Hair Designs apprentices. That is a fundamental part of the programme.
What is the difference between Kérastase and Goldwell?
The professional shampoo and conditioning range used during eligible appointments. The other core member benefits and general booking conditions are the same.
Can I choose monthly or fortnightly payments?
Yes. Both Kérastase and Goldwell memberships have a monthly and a fortnightly option.
Can I book on Saturdays?
Yes, subject to apprentice availability. Blow Dry Club appointments on Saturdays are generally available from 8:00 am to 9:30 am or after 2:30 pm.
Can I request a senior stylist?
Yes, where available. An additional $20 applies to a standard Blow Dry Club appointment, or $30 for longer or thicker hair. This charge is waived where your apprentice is sick or on holidays and no apprentice is available.
Can I join online?
No. Places are limited and the club operates through a waiting list. Use the Epic Contact Us form or call your preferred participating salon to request a place.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Blow Dry Club memberships may be cancelled with one week’s notice. Cancellation requests can be sent to clientservices@epichairdesigns.com.au.
