What we look for

You do not need to know everything on day one.

For first year apprentice roles, attitude and reliability matter more than arriving with a long list of technical skills.

01

Curiosity

You enjoy learning, watching experienced hairdressers and understanding why techniques work.

02

People skills

Great hairdressing is a people business. Warm communication, confidence and genuine client care matter.

03

Reliability

Salon teams depend on each other. Turning up prepared, on time and ready to contribute is essential.

04

Creativity

Hairdressing rewards people who notice detail, enjoy colour, shape and style, and want to keep improving.

05

Professionalism

You are willing to learn salon standards, presentation, hygiene, teamwork and the responsibilities that come with client service.

06

Commitment

A trade takes time to master. We look for people who want to build a genuine career, not simply try a job for a few weeks.
