By entering any Epic Hair Designs salon, you agree to the following conditions.

All clients must treat team members and other clients with courtesy and respect at all times.

Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

This includes, but is not limited to, offensive language, sexual or personal comments, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, or behaviour that causes discomfort or distress to our team or other clients.

Our team has the right to set boundaries and to seek management support if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Management reserves the right to intervene, pause or refuse service, or request a client leave the premises if behaviour is considered inappropriate or unsafe.

Epic Hair Designs has a zero-tolerance approach to sexual harassment, bullying and abuse. We take our obligations to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our team seriously.
