Our staff are professionally trained in all aspects inclusing IQ cutting, hair extensions, keratin smoothing treatments and more. We invest in every stylist to ensure all our hairdressers complete the globally recognised Goldwell Master Colourist Course. In fact, Epic Hair Designs currently has more Qualified Goldwell Master Colourists than any other salon in Australia!
We never want any of our clients to be unhappy with their service and will do everything in our power to improve your experience with Epic. If for some reason your service did not meet your expectations, we want to fix this. Please contact your Epic salon and request to speak with the manager. Alternatively, fill out a Contact Us form and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Not 100% happy with your hair?
- Contact the manager or send a Contact Us form.
- Come into the salon and we will assess and correct to meet your expectations.
- If we cannot do this, we will offer a refund on the service.
