Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when joining and using an Epic Hair Designs Weekly Membership.
These Terms & Conditions are current as at August 2026. Epic Hair Designs may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time and changes may be made without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Please refer to the current version published on the Epic Hair Designs website.

By purchasing or continuing an Epic Hair Designs Weekly Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The membership selected, its current price, salon credit amount and available benefits are those disclosed by Epic Hair Designs at the time of purchase or as otherwise communicated by Epic Hair Designs.

Joining a membership
Epic Weekly Memberships may be purchased online or through an Epic Hair Designs salon.
By joining, the member accepts these Terms & Conditions and authorises Epic Hair Designs to process recurring membership payments using the nominated payment method.
Members are responsible for ensuring their personal details and nominated payment information remain accurate and current.
Weekly salon credit
The salon credit applicable to the member's selected membership is added to the member's Epic account following each successful weekly membership payment.
Membership credit may be used towards eligible salon services or retail purchases at Epic Hair Designs salons.
Unused weekly credit rolls over rather than expiring at the end of each week.
Membership credit is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable.
Following cancellation of a membership, unused eligible membership credit remains available for 12 months.
Membership discounts & benefits
Weekly Memberships may include discounts or other member benefits on eligible Epic Hair Designs services, products, packages or other purchases.
The specific discounts and benefits available are those applicable to the member's membership at the relevant time.
Membership discounts apply only to eligible purchases. Certain services, products, promotions, packages or other purchases may be excluded.
Eligible membership discounts may be used with other eligible Epic Hair Designs rewards or discounts, including Epic Rewards, where permitted.
Individual promotions, rewards or offers may have their own conditions, exclusions or restrictions and are subject to those conditions.
Household members
A membership holder may nominate up to 2 additional family members living in the same household to receive eligible membership benefits.
The membership itself remains attached to the primary member and is not transferable.
Household members receive only those membership benefits that are eligible to be shared.
Additional household members may only be changed in accordance with Epic Hair Designs membership conditions.
Cancelling or freezing
Weekly Memberships do not have a lock-in contract and may be cancelled.
Once a membership is cancelled, future membership payments and ongoing membership benefits will stop.
Any unused eligible membership credit already accumulated at the time of cancellation remains available for 12 months.
A membership may be frozen for up to 1 month at a time, up to 3 times per year.
Membership payments
By joining a Weekly Membership, the member authorises Epic Hair Designs to debit the nominated payment method each week.
Membership credit is applied only following a successful weekly payment.
Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available and that their nominated payment method remains valid.
If a payment fails three times, a $5 dishonour fee may apply.
Membership benefits may be unavailable while membership payments remain unsuccessful.
Appointments & fair use
Appointments remain subject to salon and stylist availability. Holding a membership does not guarantee appointment availability.
Memberships and membership benefits must be used reasonably and for their intended purpose.
Excessive no-shows, repeated late arrivals, misuse of membership benefits or other unreasonable use may result in the membership being reviewed or discontinued.
Epic Hair Designs reserves the right to review a membership where its use falls outside the intended purpose of the membership program.
Privacy & payment security
Membership and payment information is handled securely and confidentially.
Payment information is stored and processed through Epic Hair Designs' approved secure systems and is used as required to administer the membership or as otherwise required by law.
Changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions are current as at August 2026.
Epic Hair Designs may amend the membership program and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Members should refer to the current Terms & Conditions published on the Epic Hair Designs website for the latest version.

Does unused membership credit roll over?
Yes. Unused weekly membership credit rolls over rather than expiring at the end of each week.
What happens to my credit if I cancel?
Unused eligible membership credit remains available for 12 months after cancellation.
Can I receive membership credit as cash?
No. Membership credit is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable.
Can I share my membership?
The membership itself cannot be transferred. However, the primary member may nominate up to 2 eligible family members living in the same household to receive eligible shared membership benefits.
Can membership discounts be combined with other offers?
Eligible membership discounts may be combined with other eligible Epic Hair Designs rewards or discounts where permitted. Individual promotions and offers may have their own exclusions or conditions.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Epic Weekly Memberships can be cancelled without a lock-in contract.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Memberships may be frozen for up to 1 month at a time, up to 3 times per year.
