Memberships can be canceled by you at any time on the spot with no notice required. Once canceled your benefits will stop straight away however your credit will last for 2 months.
You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months at any time and up to 8 times per year. You can also do this on the spot with no notice required.
If you choose to attach up to 2 extra people to your account, they must be in the same household and must be family. Additional members can only be changed once per year.
Epic Hair Designs reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time without reason.
If your payment declines Epic Hair Designs will try to debit your card a maximum of 3 times. You will receive a notification by text message when it declines. If declined on the 3rd time (3rd Day) you will need to contact us to resume your membership. If it isn’t resumed within 2 months your credits will expire.
Any credit on your account is not refundable for cash. You can use your credit for any service or retail products in any one of our Epic Hair Designs salons.
You give permission for Epic Hair Designs to securely debit your credit card each week for payment for your membership. Credit card details are encrypted to Australian standards as soon as they are entered into our secure website or POS program.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDES:
· Unlimited Shampoo & Conditioning with Goldwell products (Kerastase available for a small additional fee).
· Unlimited Blow-Dries
o Available at your choice of Brisbane salons (Excluding Fortitude Valley).
o 10% off all retail products (Excludes GHD).
o 30% off all treatments.
o Weekly or monthly payments deducted automatically from your credit card.
o No set-up fee, and no lock-in contract.

Important Note for Saturday Bookings: As Saturdays are our busiest days, blow-dry appointments can only be booked between 8:00 am – 9:30 am or after 2:30 pm. Pre-booking is highly recommended due to limited availability.
Booking Terms:
· Customers must select a preferred salon location for all appointments. On occasion, another salon (excluding Fortitude Valley) may be available if an apprentice is on hand.
· A senior stylist can be requested at an additional fee of $20 or ($30 for thicker/longer hair), waived only if your apprentice is on holiday.
· Bookings are subject to availability and must be with an apprentice.
· If no apprentice is available at your preferred time, this membership may not suit you, as it’s designed to help train our apprentices while providing a discounted service.
Membership Conditions:
· Memberships are non-transferable.
· In the event of a payment failure, full-service price must be paid, and a dishonor fee of $10 applies.
· Excessive no-shows or late arrivals may result in your membership being revoked.
· Payment will be charged to your credit card upon subscription, and future payments will be automatically debited on a recurring basis.

Fair Use Policy & Payment: 1.1 By signing up for the subscription, you authorise us to debit your credit card for recurring payments. 1.2 It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in your account for the debit.
Confidentiality: 2.1 We will treat your account and subscription information with confidentiality and take reasonable steps to secure it. 2.2 Your information will only be disclosed as required by law or for the purposes of managing your subscription.
