The 2018 AHIA Finalist have been announced and Epic Hair Designs has made the cut!
The Australian Hair Industry Awards (AHIA) are the only National Business Awards in the Hair Industry and with specialist, individual and state categories, they are the true benchmark of excellence. The AHIA’s are recognised as an award program that celebrates the best of the best in customer care, marketing, salon design, management, team work and overall business acumen, skill and success. A strong panel of National and International business, marketing, coaching, media and educational experts spent over 3 weeks of their own precious time, scrutinising hundreds of entries in a huge Australian Hair Industry Awards.
THIS YEAR THE SPOTLIGHT IS WELL AND TRULY ON EPIC
Our family of salons have received 3 prestigious nominations in the AHIA’s including “Best Customer Care”, “Best In-Salon Training” and “Best Marketing Award” and we couldn’t be prouder! Our on-going training and customer care is what sets us apart within in industry. We have an incredible partnership with the Goldwell Academy where our stylists received high end training by industry leaders. All our stylists are Goldwell Master Colourists meaning you are in good hands when you are with Epic.
Client Care is paramount to Epic, and we pride ourselves in making every client comfortable while in salon and apart of our Epic family. We go above and beyond when it comes to communication with clients and believe education is key when it comes to excellence hairdressing and amazing results. When it comes to Marketing, we stepped up our game late 2017 with a shiny new website and refresh on our social media accounts.
The new Epic Hair Designs website and Instagram is a “go-to” for style and colour inspiration. We are so proud of where our brand is going in Brisbane and later this year it is carrying on with a new salon and head office located in Ascot. Winners of the 2018 Australian Hair Industry Awards will be announced at the hair industry’s night of night’s gala extravaganza on Sunday 29th April. The gala will be held in the Plaza Ballroom, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from 7.30pm where multiple Epic Hair Designs stylists and head office staff will attend. Fingers crossed we come away with some amazing awards on the night!
