How a Kérastase Fusio-Dose treatment works.
Kérastase’s current system gives professional stylists six Concentrés and five Boosters, creating up to 30 possible mixes. The liquid formula is blended fresh for each client and sprayed through the hair at the backwash.

What is a Kérastase Fusio-Dose treatment?
Fusio-Dose is a professional liquid hair treatment available only in salon. An Epic stylist combines one Concentré for your primary hair concern with one Booster for your secondary goal, then applies the freshly mixed formula at the basin.
How long does a Fusio-Dose treatment take?
Once your stylist has diagnosed your hair and chosen the formula, the tailor made treatment is completed at the basin in under five minutes. Your full appointment time will depend on the cut, colour, blow dry or other service you book with it.
How long do the results last?
There is no honest single duration for every client. Results vary with the formula, your starting hair condition, how often you wash, heat styling, environmental exposure and your home care. Fusio-Dose is designed to deliver an immediate result rather than a permanent change to the hair. Your Epic stylist can recommend how often to repeat it.
How does my stylist choose the right Fusio-Dose mix?
Your stylist first identifies the hair concern that should be treated as the main priority. They then discuss the second result you want most. Those two needs determine the Concentré and Booster blended for you. The prescription can change at every appointment.
Is Fusio-Dose the same as a hair mask?
No. Fusio-Dose is a professional liquid care technology that is blended and applied differently from a traditional mask. Kérastase states that its treatment molecules are up to 100 times smaller than those in traditional haircare products. In salon, Fusio-Dose is used in place of your usual conditioner or mask for that service.
Can I add Fusio-Dose to a colour, cut or blow dry?
Yes. Fusio-Dose is most often added to a colour, haircut or blow dry because it can be completed during the basin stage of the appointment. If you want to visit only for a treatment, contact your preferred salon so the team can book the correct shampoo and finishing time.
Is Fusio-Dose suitable for blonde, coloured, fine or curly hair?
Fusio-Dose is designed for all hair types, but the same mix is not used for everyone. The current Concentrés and Boosters allow your stylist to personalise care for blonde, colour treated, dry, damaged, fine, frizz prone or curly hair. The diagnosis is what makes the service suitable to the individual.
How often can I have a Fusio-Dose treatment?
Kérastase says Fusio-Dose can be prescribed at every salon visit. Because your stylist diagnoses your hair each time, the combination can be adapted as your hair condition and priorities change.
How much is Kérastase Fusio-Dose at Epic?
A single Fusio-Dose treatment is currently $55. Clients who use it regularly can purchase the current Epic Value Pack for $275, which includes six eligible treatments and is valid for 365 days from purchase. Prices and offers can change, so confirm the current details when booking or purchasing.
Should I choose Fusio-Dose or K18?
They are different professional treatments. Fusio-Dose is a personalised liquid care service designed around two immediate hair needs. K18 uses peptide technology and may be recommended when the priority is damage repair from chemical or mechanical stress.
