Shayne is the vital link that brings our Epic teams together. As General Manager, she feels genuinely privileged to lead, mentor, and develop the next generation of hairdressers, helping individuals and teams grow to their full potential.
Beginning her career as a hairdresser, Shayne progressed into management and salon training, where she quickly discovered that education was her true passion. This led her into the role of Educator and National Training Manager for an international powerhouse colour company, where she had the opportunity to both train and be trained by some of the most respected icons in the hairdressing industry.
