Q: How are prices structured?

We have three tiers – Standard, Master, and Emerging – each reflecting the stylist’s experience. Every price is clearly listed and explained on our Price Lists page.

Q: Why do Master Stylists cost more?

They bring advanced training, technical skill, and years of experience to every service. Their pricing ensures the time and precision required for complex colour work or transformations.

Q: Do prices change on weekends?

Yes. A small 16% Saturday surcharge applies across all tiers to reflect penalty rates.

Q: Are prices the same across all salons?

Most salons follow our general price list, but Forest Lake , Springfield Lakes , and Upper Coomera have their own unique pricing structures. You can view each salon’s rates on their individual location pages.

Q: Are quotes given before my appointment?

Absolutely. Transparency is key at Epic Hair Designs. Every client receives a personalised consultation and quote before any service begins.

Q: Do you offer the same services at all locations?

Yes, you’ll find the full range of cutting, colouring, and styling services across every Brisbane and Gold Coast salon. Some locations may also offer exclusive promotions or packages.

How our pricing works

Standard price is the regular cost for services, with a 16% surcharge on Saturdays.

MS (Master Stylists) are highly skilled with a large client base — 7% extra Monday–Friday, 23% extra on Saturdays.
ES (Emerging Stylists) are junior stylists under senior guidance — 30% off standard price, 14% off on Saturdays.

A $1 donation is added to each visit to support women’s charities. Let our team know if you’d like to opt out.
