What can I redeem my points on?

You can redeem points on all Epic Hair Designs services (including packages) and retail.rn

Can I exchange my points for cash?

No, membership points or service dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.rn

Do I need a physical card for the rewards program?

No, all of your details and points balance are recorded on our online system. You will be contact via SMS when you have points to redeem. You can also log into the Zenoti App to check your balance at any time.

Can I transfer my points to another person?

No, points are non-transferable.rn

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your Loyalty Program membership at any time in-salon with no fee. Please allow a 24-hour cancellation period.

No, every client of Epic Hair Designs is automatically eligible to start earning points and reaping the benefits.
