Times are changing!
2016 has been a huge year for Epic Hair Designs! We’ve opened up three incredible new salons, making that eight salons all together which has resulted in new staff, new teams and even more amazing clients. Eight years ago owner, Brendon Mann couldn’t have dreamed that the salons would grow so well.
In April 2008, Brendon saw huge potential in Kasam Hair Designs and bought the Kenmore salon renaming it Epic Hair Designs. Brendon saw huge potential for a salon business that could offer expertly trained hairdressers at a reasonable price. His vision was to create a salon that was way more than just a hairdressing salon – it was to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every client.
Brendon’s plans to achieve this included offering extra services such as complimentary wine and beer, as well as gourmet hot drinks that clients could choose from a menu, WiFi and iPads to use plus top-shelf magazines that were current. In other words, each of our clients was to have an ‘epic’ experience while receiving premium hair design services.
Something his team at Kenmore have been begging Brendon to do is a refit of the first salon as it hasn’t been updated since 2008. Well 2016 was the year (finally)! This meant updating from floor to ceiling with massage chairs, USB charging stations, upgraded from three basins to four and even more cutting stations. The salon is looking even more fabulous than before and not only is it a better work environment for our fabulous hairdressers, it means it’s an even better salon for our customers. Manager, Hayden said he has had a number of clients commenting that the salons feels much bigger and fresh.
As you can see, this was no small task. But with our Kenmore salon being so busy, the refit had to be done swiftly and to the highest possible standard.
All was worth it in the end with the salon looking more amazing than ever!
