Blonde Highlights are synonymous with Summer, and this year we are stepping up our summer hair game with this incredible Vanilla Lilac look! The looks is achieved by a Balayage technique where the roots are left untouched and are naturally darker colours are left throughout the hair for a subtle look. Highlighted pieces of hair are then toned to gorgeous hues of purples and dark pinks for an amazing bespoke look!
What is Balayage?
Balayage is a technique for highlighting hair in which the dye is painted on in such a way as to create a graduated, natural-looking effect. Balayage is also created using foiling techniques and your stylist will determine which technique is going to work best for your hair. Balayage is generally Brunette or darker blonde roots graduating to lighter blonde ends. Balayage is one of the most requested and popular hair looks as it literally suits any skin tone, bone structure and its super low maintenance.
Something a little more dramatic…
If you are after something a little more dramatic, hair can be lightened all over then toned using multiple pastel tones for a gorgeous lilac look.
