Salon support is a call centre in Brisbane with up to 3 senior stylists ready assist you regarding anything from making appointments to discussing products or styling tips.

Madison is our Salon Support Manager and it is her role to ensure your experience at Epic is exceptional. From making sure your booking process is smooth and easy, to monitoring the high quality of your in-salon experience. Madison’s role includes the development and implementation of procedures related to the everyday operation of our salons.
Meet the stylists
Brendon our founder and director is still very hands-on in the company working on strategy and also helping to manage the day to day operations of the company. Brendon challenges his team to think creatively and push boundaries to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Shayne our Operations Manager, ensures our teams are exceptionally trained and ready to perform all services to the highest standards. Shayne’s plethora of experience in practising leading education in the hairdressing industry alongside her deep insight on team management makes her an outstanding asset. With an ability to passionately inspire and coach our amazing team of hairdressers through education, Epic stylists are truly supported.
Natalie is our Human Resources manager assisting with all human resources admin, onboarding, team culture, and anything HR. Natalie is of great support for both the salon’s teams and salon support.
Justine heads up our accounts and payroll at our Ascot office. Justine ensures our financial and reporting obligations are met.
With a team of over 8 qualified hairdressers available to take care of your booking process and monitoring salon experiences, Michelle supports Madison in coordinating the call centre team and managing bookings across all 15 salons. Michelle’s strong experience in management and leadership contributes to the salons smoothly run day today.
Emily and Pip head up our marketing team. With university backgrounds in business and journalism, Emily and Pip are digital marketing creatives with a passion for developing engaging content. With a strong focus on inspiring our online community with only the most amazing hair looks to developing our online articles and nurturing our various partnerships. Emily and Pip are truly invested in connecting our local communities with our brand and our amazing stylists.
