Being a part of Club Epic, means every time you step into one of our salons you will be rewarded. For every service and product you purchase from our salon, you will earn points. These points can go towards other services or products.  You can even save to purchase a ghd. Other benefits for Club Epic members include 10% off everything during the 4 weeks from your birthday and special deals on services and products which are exclusively emailed to you. Epic Hair Designs has more Goldwell Master Colourists and Stylists than any other salon in Australia, join the club and be rewarded.

Ways you can earn points in salon now

Earning points is easy and they can add up very fast.

1 POINT PER $1 SPENT ON LADIES CUT SERVICES

Ladies Cut Service includes any cut with dry off, blowdry, straighten, ghd curls or fringe trim

1 POINT PER $1 SPENT ON LADIES COLOUR SERVICES

Ladies Colour includes tinting, foiling, balayage and colour packages

1 POINTS PER $1 SPENT ON MEN’S CUT SERVICES

Men’s cutting services include men's cuts and styling, cut and re-shade colour, clipper cut, cut and colour and beard trimming

1 POINT PER $1 SPENT ON ALL PRODUCTS

Epic Hair Designs Retail includes any products from the Goldwell, KMS, Style Sign, ghd, Showpony, Kerastase, Olaplex Range. Stock varies each salon.

RECEIVE 1000 POINTS PER NEW CLIENT REFERRAL

Refer a friend to be added to the Epic Hair Designs database and receive your 1000 points upon them making their appointment at any one of our 15 Brisbane salons.

RECEIVE 50% MORE POINTS PER REBOOKING

Loved your Epic hair? Re-book after your service to accumulate 50% more points for your rebooked service. Points awarded after rebooked service

Redeeming points

1000 POINTS = $20

Every month you will receive a statement with your current points balance on it.  Once you hit 500 points you can redeem $10.  Points need to be redeemed in $10 amounts. When in-salon be sure to let your stylist know if you would like to redeem your points. If you are unsure of how many points you have call us or ask your stylist at your next visit.

Who Referrals work

Refer a friend to us

a fast way to earn points

You will love our referral program.  Firstly, for every friend you refer, you will receive 1000 loyalty points ($20) to spend.  This is applied when your friends mention your name at the time of booking or at their first appointment.  Share the Epic love and offer your friends $20 off their services on their first visit. Every time a new Epic guest makes a booking with your guest code they claim the discount on their first visit. Just like Uber send your friends this code by text or even share it on your socials to claim more points.  Your friends will be sure to use it and you will get your points also.  Ask your stylist or call for your code.

FAQ's for club-epic

We are much more than just hairdressing.

They only expire if you have not visited the salon within 2 years.

You can redeem points on all Epic Hair Designs services (including packages) and retail

No, membership points or service dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.

No, all of your details and points balance are recorded on our online system. You will be contact via SMS when you have points to redeem. You can also log into the Zenoti App to check your balance at any time.

No, points are non-transferable.

Yes, you can cancel your Loyalty Program membership at any time in-salon with no fee. Please allow a 24-hour cancellation period.
