About Me
Shayne is the necessary glue that holds our Epic Teams together. As our Operations Manager, Shayne feels privileged to have the opportunity to grow, mentor and develop hairdressers of the future.
Shayne started her early career as a Hairdresser, then Manager and Salon Trainer. She quickly realised Training & Education was her driving force and what got her excited about going to ‘work’ each and every day. She then transitioned quickly into the role of Educator and National Training Manager for an International Powerhouse and Colour Company, where she had the opportunity to train, and be trained, by Icons within the Hairdressing Industry.
