The Role

This is a Full Time role, 5 days per week, 38 hours per week.

As our Trainer/Educator, you will work 2 days per week in our Salon Academy, located at Racecourse Village, Ascot, training Epic Apprentices in their Certificate III in Hairdressing.

  • You must have a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40116

As a Senior Stylist, you will work 3 days per week on the Salon floor demonstrating and maintaining your cutting, colouring and exceptional hairdressing skills within our close-knit environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the best service for our customers.

We have 16 Salons across Brisbane that we have the option to place you in.

Duties

  • Train/Assess our Team of Apprentices
  • Marking and grading of Assessments and Tasks
  • Coaching guiding and developing Apprentices to achieve their goals
  • Grow and Develop a clientele
  • Giving great service to your clientele on the salon floor
  • Achieve and demonstrate goals and KPI’s

Skills and Experience

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Minimum of five years experience in Hairdressing
  • Certificate III or above in Hairdressing
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE40116
  • Ability to delegate tasks efficiently and maintain supportive staff relationships
  • Excellent customer focus and independent problem-solving skills
