Our group of 16 salons located throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast not only won Queensland Salon Business Of The Year but we also received 4 incredible nominations: Best Customer Care, Best Salon Training, State Salon Of The Year, and Business Director of the year. With the overwhelming impact of COVID-19 affecting businesses across the country, the industry has undoubtedly been faced with unprecedented economic challenges, in spite of this, it’s amazing to celebrate some equally as significant successes!

Since Epic Hair Designs Founder & Director, Brendon Mann opened the first Epic location in Kenmore in 2008, Epic’s vision of enriching the hairdressing industry with the most accomplished, passionate, and highly trained stylists has never changed. Training is in our nature as our purpose continues to evolve and empower our team of over 140 hairdressers to offer luxury, trend-setting services at affordable prices. Every salon location has been designed to encourage a relaxing atmosphere filled with natural light, modern decor and our signature fragrance.

As a destination where women and men can escape life’s stresses, we aim to relax and uplift you the moment you make your booking. Our salon support booking team includes Epic hairdressers, expertly trained in consultations who will make your booking for you over the phone or online. You will be greeted in salon by our signature scent and offered drinks and snacks while listening to our “Epic Radio” station before being taken on an epic journey with exceptional results.

We listen and monitor every step of your hair journey. Our teams are trained to conduct exceptional consultations so your stylists can carefully diagnose your hair health to achieve your hair goals. We are lucky to have thousands of our guests provide feedback to our quality control surveys every month which helps us monitor that every service is of exceptional service.

Training is at the core of Epic Hair Designs with our team of over 140 hairdressers undergoing external and internal, learning from Australia’s industry leaders. As a close-knit family, our collaborative culture supports every stylists’ learning progression. From dedicated apprentice training to senior management development programs, we encourage and reward our team for innovating. Our stylists also have the opportunity to get involved in national and global competitions such as Goldwell Color For a Cause, Australia’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Show and Harpers Bazzar in Bloom Fashion Show.
