Our in-salon covid-safe PROCESSes are in place to keep you safe.

Our team is committed to safety to make sure we are here for you. Please keep updated on our website or socials regarding any updates in accordance with QLD Government Guidelines and how Epic Hair Designs operates.

Our team is following government guidelines and all 16 Brisbane and Gold Coast salons are open and trading in accordance with the Queensland Government Guidelines

OUR CHECKLIST:
  • Please let us know if you have any cold or flu symptoms, if you are not feeling well prior to the appointment please call ahead and we will happily reschedule.
  • Being vaccinated (half, full, or boosted) is not mandatory in our salons. Our team is respectful of individual decisions regarding vaccinations.
  • Hand Sanitiser is available throughout the salons.
  • All stations will be sanitized before and after every client.

Wiping for Corona Virus

Epic Hair Designs has implemented a comprehensive and industry-leading plan to make sure your visit to our salons is a safe one. Our priority is safety for you, our team, and our loved ones. When visiting our salon you will see a change. We are sanitizing every salon cutting station and basin area between each client and surveying the health of every person who visits our salon. Face masks are available for all clients and stylists, following up-to-date government legislation our team will wear masks from 18.121.21 and will require all clients to wear masks. Also available in the salon is hand sanitizer.

If you are not well and you can not attend your appointment please let us know and we will move or cancel your appointment. We have never charged for canceled appointments as we understand life happens. We just ask that you let us know of any changes as soon as you can so we can contact guests we have on our waitlist.

Ways we are keeping you safe

  • We are sanitising every cutting station with sanitiser wipes between each client visit. We also have these wipes for your use in the salon.
  • We have no less than 5 hand sanitizers per salon
  • Our hair spa area is being regularly wiped down with disinfectant.
  • Our team is not allowed to attend work if they get the symptoms of the virus and must get tested.

Please don't visit us if...

If you are showing any of the symptoms of the Corona Virus which are:

  • Mild cough
  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Shortness of breath
OR
  • You have been in the area of someone who has tested positive in the past 14 days.
  • You have been asked to quarantine by a medical professional.

RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
