If you are planning a larger appointment, such as a colour transformation, full head of foils, smoothing service or hair extensions, knowing your payment options before you arrive can make the appointment easier to plan.

Can I use Afterpay at Epic Hair Designs?

Can I use Afterpay for hair colour?
Yes, eligible salon purchases can include colour services such as blonde appointments, foils, balayage, brunette colour, copper and red colour, toners and other colour services offered by Epic.
Can I use Afterpay for hair extensions and treatments?
Eligible purchases can include hair extensions, extension maintenance and salon treatments. Afterpay approval and your available to spend still apply at checkout.
Is Afterpay Pay in 4 interest free?
Yes. Afterpay’s current Pay in 4 product is interest free. Afterpay also states there are no fees when Pay in 4 payments are made on time. Late fees may apply to missed payments, so check Afterpay’s current terms for the latest details.
Is Afterpay approval guaranteed?
No. Afterpay assesses transactions and manages account eligibility, approval and spending limits. Your available to spend is not a guarantee that a particular transaction will be approved.
What if my Afterpay available to spend does not cover my full appointment?
Afterpay controls your available to spend and approval. If the amount available does not cover your full salon purchase, speak with the Epic team before checkout so you understand the payment options available for the remaining balance.
Can I use Afterpay for professional haircare?
Afterpay can be used for eligible professional haircare purchases in salon. For eligible online purchases through Allure by Epic, choose Afterpay if it is shown as an available payment method at checkout.
What happens if I need a refund?
Epic’s applicable salon or retail policy determines whether a refund is approved. Where an approved purchase was paid through Afterpay, the payment adjustment is then processed through Afterpay in line with its current refund process.
Is Afterpay the same as Zip Pay?
No. Afterpay and Zip Pay are separate payment providers with their own approval processes, account settings and terms. If you prefer Zip Pay, you can view Zip Pay at Epic Hair Designs .
