Competition Terms & Conditions
The following are the rules (“Rules”) Epic Hair Designs & Relative Partners being administered by Epic Hair Designs.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Giveaway, entrants must be a legal resident of Queensland, be eighteen years old or older at the time of entry and have a valid Instagram account.
2. Winner Selection
Upon completion of the Giveaway Period, an Epic Hair Designs representative shall review the entries submitted and choose 1 winner randomly using a random number generator provided by google. The winner will be notified by email and by the phone number provided. They will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize. If the selected potential winner cannot physically attend a giveaway event, accept the prize or respond in the allotted time, a runner-up winner will be chosen at Epic Hair Design’s discretion.
4. Prize(s)
The prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and will not be extended under any circumstances and must be accepted as offered without substitution.
5. Prize Collection and Usage
The Giveaway winner will elect to collect the prize pack(s) at their desired Epic Hair Salon by their desired day of booking. Any prize included in the giveaway is subject to additional Terms and Conditions stipulated by collaborating partners regarding the usage and/or location of the prize. The prize packs MUST be used and/or collected within 6 months of the competition being drawn.
6. General
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Epic Hair Designs, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.
Notwithstanding the defined Giveaway Period, Epic Hair Designs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Giveaway, in whole or part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Giveaway and/or these Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
Personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway shall be used by Epic Hair Designs and their authorised representatives solely to conduct the Giveaway, award prizes, and marketing communications with the entrants and will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose unless required by law.
Epic Hair Designs and their collaborating partners of the giveaway will use the entrant’s personal information only for identified purposes and protect the entrant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with their respective Privacy Policies.
By participating in the Giveaway, the Prize Winner(s) agree(s) that their name may be used in any form of media without any further compensation by Epic Hair Designs and their collaborating partners of the giveaway; as well as waive all rights concerning printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity.
In the event of a dispute as to who submitted the electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the Instagram account, name, phone number and email address associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” of the Instagram account is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account by Instagram.
The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Meta Business, and any personal information provided by an entrant is being provided to Epic Hair Designs and their collaborating partners of the giveaway, and not Meta Business.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws of the province of Brisbane and the laws of Australia applicable therein.
